It’s the sauce that started the company back in September 2010. After winning the ‘Best in Show’ award at the Fiery Foods Chilli Festival in Brighton UK. 

The finest ruby red habaneros are selected and then flame roasted to develop a unique and distinctive flavour.

This perfect all round hot sauce packs an amazing flavour punch. Ideal with burgers, pizza or add to tomato-based pasta sauces for an added kick. Hot tip: also makes the most amazing Bloody Mary!

It’s made with flame roasted Habanero's, red peppers, onion, lemon juice, red wine vinegar (sulphites), dates, dark muscovado sugar, & spices.  For allergens see ingredients inbold: Contains sulphites.
