The mix of peppercorns is a traditional blend of: Black Peppercorns, Pimento/Allspice Berries, White Peppercorns, Green Peppercorns, Red Peppercorns. The ratio we use is 50% Black Peppercorns, 15% White, 15% Green 15% Red and 5% Allspice. All mixed ready to grind for a flavour explosion of wonderful spicy pepper mixed with earthy floral fruity overtones.
