Blue Salt like so many spices is natures own recipe. Where something is formed is the only location you will find it in and cannot be produced in a factory. The local sea salt infuses with another mineral called sylvin which changes the colour and flavour forever. The finer you grate this salt the less the colour will show, when consuming it has a strong salty flavour leaving behind a subtle salt taste or use on the rim of a cocktail glass for something special.
